Unidoor Systems, Inc., herein referred to as Unidoor, is committed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. We strive to provide superior service and excellent quality. In order to ensure a clear agreement, please review the following terms and conditions prior to placing an order.
WARRANTYUnidoor guarantees that all steel doors, hardwares, and accessories are free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If any product, upon receipt / acceptance proves to be defective, similar to replacement parts will be furnished without cost. Such replacement shall be the limit of Unidoor’s liability.
The situation described above shall not apply to the following:
• Damages resulting from fortuitous event
• Any goods which have been repaired or altered by someone not an employee of Unidoor.
• Goods which have been mixed with other goods or used to create other products.
• Any goods which, in our opinion, have been subjected to any accident or to damage or which have been improperly stored, maintained, or used.
Unidoor shall not be liable to any of the following:
• Defects caused by fair wear and tear, intentional or accidental damage.
• Any direct loss or damage except the liabilities mentioned.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind (including loss of profits, revenue, or contracts) or for any damage to or destruction of any property.
The customer must indemnify Unidoor against all claims, actions, costs, losses, damages or expenses cause by or in connection with the goods unless Unidoor is liable under these conditions.
DELIVERY LEADTIMEUnidoor production and delivery leadtime varies per product type and production capacity. Some items are available on stocks while others require production leadtime. We suggest you contact us directly for inquiries.
RISK OF LOSSFor client pick-up or delivery within Metro Manila, Risk of loss or damage shall be passed on by Unidoor to client upon receipt of goods.
For FOB, Unidoor shall pass on the risk of loss or damage to the customer’s assigned Logistics upon receipt of goods.
COPYRIGHTPlease be reminded that all content in this site (text, graphics, specifications, logos, drawings, designs, etc.) is a property of Unidoor Systems, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property rights by the Philippines and International copyrights law. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this site, none of the materials may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, republished, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Unidoor.
INDEMNITYThe customer agrees to indemnify and hold Unidoor Systems, Inc., its affiliates, and subsidiaries harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, damages, and expenses including but not limited to attorney’s fees that arise from the client’s violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, third party’s rights, trademarks, copyright, proprietary and/or privacy rights, regulations, or ordinance. This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
